About the Role

As a Data Center Facilities Operator, you will be instrumental in maintaining and operating the critical infrastructure that ensures our cutting-edge data center operates safely and efficiently. Collaborating as part of a shift-based operations team, you will facilitate both scheduled maintenance and immediate operational tasks while upholding exceptional standards of safety, reliability, and customer service.

This position can specialize in either Electrical or Mechanical systems based on your expertise.

What You Will Do

Execute planned maintenance and work orders following site procedures and safety protocols
Engage in 12-hour shift rotations, including control room monitoring and operational coverage
Oversee, operate, and assist in critical infrastructure systems
Address alarms, conduct troubleshooting, and support incident resolution
Keep precise documentation, reporting, and shift logs
Facilitate safe scheduling and quality execution of maintenance tasks
Guide the training and mentoring of new team members
Encourage strong teamwork, safety awareness, and continuous improvement within the operations team
