Join our dynamic Operations team as a Data Insights Delivery Manager specializing in pavement solutions. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete delivery of data and mapping projects, ensuring our clients receive insightful and actionable data that aligns with their expectations and project timelines.
We are looking for a candidate with a robust background in working with Departments of Transportation (DOTs) to deliver pavement data. An understanding of how spatial data influences operational decisions is critical. This position serves as a crucial link between our Sales, Operations, and Data teams, guaranteeing that projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and to the client’s satisfaction.
This hybrid role involves both internal and external engagements, where you will manage client communications, track project progress, and ensure that customer expectations align with our internal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical execution and delivery of projects, managing the scope, schedule, and budget of data insights to achieve targeted margins.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on technical matters, maintaining regular communication through meetings, calls, and progress reports.
Collaborate with the Sales team to assist in project scoping, pricing, and ensure a smooth transition into delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Data, Operations, and Technical Services, to ensure project success.
Monitor and track project advancements, proactively addressing issues while maintaining alignment with client goals.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and specified requirements.
Translate and communicate customer needs to internal teams, ensuring data outputs fulfill end-user requirements.
