We are excited to announce an opening for a Data Product Manager in our Data Products team at FanDuel. This pivotal role is situated in a dynamic environment, working collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders across the organization to spearhead the development and improvement of our Data Science and Machine Learning products. You will be instrumental in enhancing our ML Platform, which encompasses experiment tracking, model lifecycle management, observability, and feature engineering capabilities. These tools empower our data scientists to efficiently build, deploy, and monitor models at scale. YOUR ROLE
Every member of our team plays a vital part in our success.

  • Own data products that provide key insights and influence future business strategies.
  • Lead requirement gathering via user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing the product backlog to optimize program execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment of our platform with business goals and delivery of advanced ML solutions.
  • Work in partnership with Data Science and Machine Learning Data Engineering teams to maximize value derived from data.
  • Bring innovative ideas to address business challenges, leveraging your commercial acumen to create effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to define solutions and approaches.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and best practices for the Machine Learning platform, including tools for experiment tracking, model deployment, feature engineering, and observability.
  • Monitor platform performance, model accuracy, and data quality, identifying and resolving issues to enhance platform efficiency.
  • Serve as a catalyst for effective and sustainable change, guiding the organization through transformation.
  • Contribute significantly to the PM community at FanDuel by sharing industry best practices and fostering a culture of knowledge exchange and cross-skilling.
