Everlaw is actively searching for a Deal Desk Analyst to become a vital member of our Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations team during a pivotal six-month fixed-term engagement amidst a period of significant growth. In this essential role, you will be instrumental in alleviating our existing quoting backlog and providing specialized support for increasingly intricate deal structures. As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will serve as a strategic liaison among Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, ensuring that all deals are scalable, dependable, and accurately provisioned to prevent downstream billing complications.

Your role will be situated within the GTM Strategy & Operations department, with a dedicated focus on the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle. Our team is committed to developing the necessary infrastructure and processes that empower Everlaw to scale efficiently while upholding financial integrity and operational excellence.

This is a full-time non-exempt position located in our Oakland, California office, with a hybrid work schedule: in-office M/W/Th and the flexibility to work from home on Tu/Fr. The anticipated duration of this engagement is 6 months.

In Your Role, You Will...

  • Oversee end-to-end quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments utilizing Salesforce CPQ.
  • Act as the primary owner of the Salesforce and ZenDesk queue, managing the intake, triage, and escalation of all Q2C requests.
  • Minimize wait times and maintain superior service standards by resolving tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and Legal to address non-standard terms and identify system inefficiencies.
  • Assist in standardizing deal workflows and automating the escalation process within Salesforce to enhance transparency.
  • Ensure compliance of all deals with established price books, discount thresholds, and Everlaw’s financial standards.

About You

  • You possess at least 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, with hands-on experience in quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments.
  • You have advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and a strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
