The ideal candidate should possess the following: Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Strong patience and empathy, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED is required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the last year). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various movements (e.g., sitting, squatting, bending). Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

As a Behavior Technician, you will utilize evidence-based strategies to teach essential skills, including communication, social interactions, and daily living tasks, all while minimizing challenging behaviors. Your compassion and patience will be crucial as you support each child in reaching their fullest potential.
