Role Outcome
We seek a skilled Defense Field Application Engineer (FAE) to champion the technical integration and successful deployment of our GNSS/PNT platform for U. S. military and government initiatives.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the technical lead for defense sales efforts and client programs, designing mission-specific PNT solutions, guiding system integration processes, facilitating evaluations and demonstrations, and fostering technical advocates within program offices, primes, and integrators.
Success in this position entails:
Achieving technical victories across defense initiatives and programs
Successfully executing Proofs of Concept (PoCs), evaluations, and prototype integrations
Establishing profound technical trust with government engineers and program managers
Translating mission requirements into actionable product insights
You will collaborate with defense clients across various domains including land, air, maritime, and autonomous platforms. From pre-capture support to on-site testing and post-award integration, your contributions will be vital in ensuring Point One's technology excels in real-world operational environments.
Immediate Areas of Focus
Pre-Sales Technical Engagement & Capture Support
Work closely with the Defense Sales Director to refine capture strategies and shape opportunities
Conduct technical discovery discussions with military engineers and program stakeholders
Deliver compelling technical presentations, mission-aligned demonstrations, and on-site Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
