We are on the lookout for a Demand Generation Lead who will spearhead and expand our marketing-driven pipeline strategy and execution. In this pivotal role, you will develop a high-performing acquisition engine that delivers predictable, high-quality leads across various channels, including digital, account-based marketing (ABM), and field amplification.
Collaboration with the Sales team will be crucial to ensure a seamless alignment throughout the customer journey, from awareness to the creation of Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) and opportunity progression. Although Events and Community are managed separately, your efforts will contribute to enhancing event-driven pipelines and optimizing conversion rates across multiple touchpoints.
This role is designed for a player-coach leader. You will define the demand strategy while remaining closely involved in execution, managing one or two marketers directly while also leading key programs and experimentation.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in scaling integrated demand programs within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS or AI-focused technology firm, preferably at the Series B or C stage. You should feel comfortable taking ownership of pipeline results and building systems that foster sustainable, repeatable growth. A strategic mindset is essential, yet you should also be prepared to engage in hands-on execution. This position offers the freedom of a startup environment while fostering close collaboration with your colleagues.
This position will require you to work 3-4 days on-site at our headquarters in New York City.
