At Orkes, we are on a mission to transform business process orchestration, and our demand generation efforts are critical in driving our growth. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be instrumental in executing and refining multi-channel marketing initiatives designed to enhance awareness, engagement, and pipeline expansion. You will utilize digital platforms, account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, and live events to engage our target audience and streamline their journey with Orkes.
Your Day-to-Day at Orkes:
- Design and implement demand generation campaigns across various digital channels, including paid search (Google, Meta), LinkedIn, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to drive account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and engage key accounts.
- Continuously evaluate, measure, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to enhance targeting, messaging, and execution.
- Plan and conduct in-person events such as trade shows, industry conferences, and field events, ensuring effective coordination and optimal ROI.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to develop compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Take ownership of pipeline goals, ensuring that marketing-generated leads and sales-qualified opportunities (SQLs) significantly contribute to revenue growth.
