Weekday's client is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This full-time role focuses on building and executing demand generation strategies that increase engagement and drive business growth.
Compensation
Salary range: Rs 1,800,000 - Rs 2,500,000 (INR 18 - 25 LPA)

Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaign Management
- Design and run targeted campaigns to attract qualified leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Oversee digital initiatives, including SEO, paid media, email nurturing, and webinars.
- Work closely with sales teams to align on pipeline development and conversion goals.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Develop and manage strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
- Optimize website and landing pages to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Partner with content teams to shape an SEO-driven content approach.
Email Marketing
- Lead multi-channel email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Manage lead nurturing and retargeting to increase engagement.
Paid Acquisition
- Direct paid advertising efforts on platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Adjust targeting and messaging to improve campaign results.
- Drive qualified traffic to support pipeline growth.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and evaluate performance across all channels.
- Monitor metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, ROAS, and CPL.
- Refine campaigns based on data and insights.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
- Strong background in SEO, paid acquisition, and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Skilled in email marketing and automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on performance metrics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
- Comfortable collaborating with global teams and working across international markets.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in a relevant role.
