POSITION SUMMARY
The Dental Office Manager plays a crucial role in supporting our staff to enhance efficiency, productivity, and competence, ultimately contributing to a profitable practice that provides outstanding service to our patients.
This position involves leading the dental team towards achieving productivity, financial, and patient satisfaction objectives. Responsibilities include managing revenues, overseeing front office operations, implementing marketing initiatives, developing the team, and enhancing patient relations. This pivotal role demands strong organizational skills, positive interpersonal interactions, and the ability to assist with a variety of responsibilities within the dental office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Dental Office Manager will oversee the following duties while providing general supervision to the patient coordinators, dental assistants, dental hygienists, sterilization technicians, treatment coordinators, and others as assigned. Office Managers are expected to collaborate with onsite associate dentists to ensure the following (Duties include but are not limited to):
- Oversee the roles and responsibilities of all office personnel to ensure compliant operations within the practice.
- Support community marketing activities.
- Handle personnel management tasks, including hiring, developing, and coaching employees.
- Generate monthly and other periodic reports.
- Ensure timely submission of expenses and invoices through our electronic system.
