About the Role
As a Deployment Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer interactions and ensuring they derive the utmost value from our solutions. This position bridges customer success, product strategy, and business transformation, necessitating a deep understanding of customer needs to inform our product development initiatives and drive adoption of our AI solutions.
Ideal candidates possess an entrepreneurial spirit, thrive in dynamic environments, and are comfortable wearing multiple hats. This role encompasses elements of an Engagement Manager, Product Manager, and strategic operator, requiring the ability to forge strong relationships while achieving measurable business outcomes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing the entire customer relationship from pre-sale through post-sale, ensuring a seamless implementation process.
- Collaborating with customers to co-create roadmaps and implementation strategies that transform their business operations.
- Designing, monitoring, and optimizing customer success metrics to demonstrate ROI.
- Building strategic partnerships with executive sponsors and advising on their technology and AI strategies.
- Leading cross-functional teams across go-to-market, engineering, and product to enhance customer adoption and maximize value.
- Creating scalable playbooks for customer engagement and success.
