Design Engineer - 1st Shift (Structural & Architectural Steel)
Location: Caledonia, WI | Onsite Only
Employment: Full-time, Permanent W-2 (No relocation)
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 DOE + Comprehensive Benefits Package
Eligibility: U. S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (Must reside within a 45-minute commute)

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop 3D CAD models and detailed production drawings for large-scale, motorized industrial door systems.
- Tailor designs to meet specific structural, mechanical, and electrical requirements of clients.
- Generate comprehensive technical documentation for fabrication and installation processes.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, fabricators, and installers to ensure precision and quality in the final products.
Qualifications
What We Seek
- Associate’s degree or higher in architectural and structural steel design.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical design engineering experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar 2D CAD software.
- Experience with 3D modeling tools such as SolidWorks or Tekla.
- Basic knowledge of electrical schematics is preferred.
- Consistent work history with no short-term roles under 3 years.
