Your Role
Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding playbook for customers utilizing both our Agent SDK and Agent Studio, our intuitive no-code platform.
Lead the development and execution of training programs aimed at enhancing developer skills and knowledge.
Create scalable educational content, including technical documentation, video tutorials, onboarding pathways, and sample repositories to facilitate SDK adoption.
As an Agent Software Engineer, develop and deploy AI agents, becoming an authority in agent development.
Collaborate with marketing teams to produce impactful developer case studies and success stories that resonate with our technical community.
Qualifications
A genuine passion for empowering customers in both small and large enterprises to build exceptional AI agents.
A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience in the field.
At least 4 years of experience in software development within highly technical environments or in developer relations roles.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong desire to engage in hands-on training sessions.
