JOB DESCRIPTION: The Development Database Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Development Administrative team by executing daily tasks vital to the success of Turning Point USA's fundraising initiatives. Responsibilities encompass data entry and maintenance, donor correspondence, direct mail coordination, database management, and mail processing. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity across multiple platforms. Given the sensitive nature of donor-related information, professionalism and discretion are paramount. The ideal candidate will align with the organization's culture, demonstrating grassroots humility, a warrior spirit, and a drive for continuous innovation.
