About the Role
As we expand our operations across the Americas, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to enhance our digital products and cloud infrastructure operations. This pivotal role is essential for maintaining secure, stable, and scalable cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Product, Application Development, and IT Operations, translating complex technical challenges into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Take significant responsibility for the secure cloud setup and operation of digital products, including monitoring and maintenance.
- Administer systems and solutions encompassing processes, users, and environments.
- Continuously develop and enhance Azure cloud architecture, ensuring high operational stability.
- Manage code and system resources through Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
- Optimize and automate CI/CD pipelines and operational processes.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in live production environments.
- Assist colleagues with error analysis, root cause investigation, and problem-solving.
