Demonstrated experience in project coordination or management within an educational or EdTech setting. Knowledge of educational technology tools and platforms is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Proficient in using project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Teams). Analytical mindset with the capability to assess project performance and generate reports. Self-driven and capable of working independently while also collaborating with a remote team.

Role Overview

The Digital Learning Programme Coordinator will be pivotal in supervising an array of projects within our EdTech portfolio, guaranteeing alignment with strategic goals and the delivery of exceptional outcomes. This role will collaborate with diverse teams, manage timelines, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of educational technology solutions.

This is a full-time remote position, ideally suited for candidates located in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate EdTech initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones and objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to create, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Engage with educational partners and stakeholders to collect requirements and feedback.
  • Track project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Aid in the development and delivery of training materials and workshops for end-users.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to guide programme development.
  • Assist in establishing evaluation frameworks to measure programme effectiveness.
  • Foster communication within teams and across departments to enhance alignment and collaboration.
