Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage the paid social strategy across LinkedIn and Meta, establishing clear objectives, segmentation, and a full-funnel approach that aligns with overall growth goals. Collaborate with agency partners to guide campaign structure, testing roadmaps, messaging, creative direction, and stage-specific offers. Engage closely with segment teams to convert account and expansion strategies into targeted paid social campaigns, partnering on audience targeting, messaging, and campaign execution to attract high-value prospects and customers. Design and implement test-and-learn programs across various audiences, funnel stages, and creative concepts to optimize campaign performance.

We are on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive our paid social initiatives across LinkedIn and Meta. In this pivotal role within the Growth Marketing team, you will report directly to the Director of Growth and focus on enhancing inbound growth by capturing new leads, generating pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and unlocking growth in key business segments.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert in paid social marketing, possessing extensive platform knowledge and a demonstrated history of designing and executing large-scale, segment-specific campaigns. You should have a strong command of advanced targeting techniques, creative best practices, and performance optimization strategies across LinkedIn, Meta, and similar platforms, with a solid understanding of how paid social fits into a broader, multi-channel marketing approach.

This role is designed for an impactful individual contributor who excels in a fast-paced environment, effectively aligns stakeholders around overarching goals, and translates comprehensive campaigns into measurable business outcomes through robust execution, reporting, and analytics.
