Your Role
Lead the operational execution at Arista’s Global Direct Fulfillment (DF) facilities.
Work closely with new product introduction teams to ensure that the requirements for Direct Fulfillment are integrated into product design and launch from the outset.
Establish necessary processes, equipment, and capacity at each DF site to ensure readiness for new products as they transition into Manufacturing.
Collaborate with product engineering to implement Engineering Change Orders, adapting DF processes and managing inventory as needed.
Assist Process Engineers in developing scalable and adaptable processes to accommodate Arista’s expanding product lines and diverse customer demands.
Enhance the efficiency of RMA return processes with Contract Manufacturers and component suppliers, striving for top-tier execution and rapid turnaround times.
Continuously monitor and report on product quality at DF sites for assigned products, proactively assessing product yields across Arista’s DF processes.
Engage with cross-functional teams to address quality alerts related to assigned products, serving as the primary representative for Direct Fulfillment line stops, stop ships, and associated quality challenges.
Analyze product test data alongside teams to obtain skip-test approvals and update DF Test Requirement documentation accordingly.
