As the Director of Account Management, you will spearhead a high-performing team focused on enhancing client retention, driving expansion, and delivering long-term value for our clients across the APAC region. In this pivotal role, you will define and implement account strategies, mentor exceptional account managers, and collaborate across departments to ensure Absorb's solutions yield measurable outcomes and outstanding experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Take charge of client renewals, retention, and net retention goals for APAC accounts.

  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.

  • Evaluate account health, proactively identifying opportunities and risks, and implementing strategies to maximize customer value.

  • Create and execute strategic account plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align Absorb’s solutions with client objectives.

  • Lead regular Executive Business Reviews and strategic check-ins.

  • Champion customer feedback, synthesizing insights to guide product development and innovation.

  • Oversee negotiation and management of client contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes and compliance.

  • Drive feature adoption, enablement, and ongoing education for clients.
