Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned leader for our Business Development team who will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing high-potential project opportunities in the international industrial heat sector, guiding them toward final investment decisions (FID). You will spearhead a cross-functional team to transform significant industrial decarbonization projects into reality. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise to enhance Antora's deal-team playbook, optimizing for high performance and productivity. Initially, projects will focus on international markets, particularly Spain and/or Australia, with potential expansion into other regions, including the U. S. This role prefers candidates who can operate from our San Jose, CA office 4+ days per week when not traveling.
