Your Role
We are on the lookout for a strategic and energetic Director of Business Development to join our rapidly expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of a regional territory, focusing on generating new business opportunities and negotiating impactful deals. Your Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process in your designated territory (San Diego), from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various lead generation strategies, including cold outreach and networking events.
- Employ a consultative approach to identify client pain points and develop tailored, solution-oriented proposals.
- Lead client presentations, including discovery sessions and proposal discussions.
- Establish and nurture relationships across key stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams on underwriting and financial modeling.
- Work together with marketing, operations, and legal teams to align efforts with overarching business objectives.
- Track and manage pipeline development and sales performance metrics in CRM for continual improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to shape business development strategies.
- Travel within the region to support clients and pursue new business opportunities as necessary.
