Your Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process in your designated territory (San Diego), from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various lead generation strategies, including cold outreach and networking events.
  • Employ a consultative approach to identify client pain points and develop tailored, solution-oriented proposals.
  • Lead client presentations, including discovery sessions and proposal discussions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships across key stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams on underwriting and financial modeling.
  • Work together with marketing, operations, and legal teams to align efforts with overarching business objectives.
  • Track and manage pipeline development and sales performance metrics in CRM for continual improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to shape business development strategies.
  • Travel within the region to support clients and pursue new business opportunities as necessary.
