The Opportunity

We seek a dynamic and strategic Director of Business Development to lead our efforts in acquiring new restaurant clients for our Enterprise Restaurant Operations SaaS platform. In this pivotal role, you will identify, engage, and onboard restaurants to our solution, driving growth through tactical acquisition strategies. As a cornerstone of our founding team, you will influence our customer acquisition strategy, with a focus on relationship building, sales process optimization, and expanding our presence in the restaurant industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Restaurant Acquisition: Design and implement creative strategies for attracting new Enterprise and Large Mid-Market restaurant clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with restaurant executives, owners, operators, and decision-makers to facilitate platform adoption.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and enhance sales pitches and presentations customized to meet the unique needs of restaurants, showcasing the advantages of our SaaS platform in optimizing restaurant operations.
  • Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with restaurant networks, industry influencers, and other stakeholders to amplify visibility and generate leads.
  • Pipeline Management: Construct and uphold a strong sales pipeline, monitoring prospects through the sales cycle to ensure sustained growth and high conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Regularly assess and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and restaurant needs to remain competitive and adjust acquisition strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to guarantee a smooth onboarding experience and outstanding customer satisfaction.
