About the Role
The Director of Business Systems will play a crucial role in establishing a robust framework across Finance, GTM, Operations, and People systems, seamlessly integrating these capabilities into a dynamic, AI-enhanced infrastructure.
As a builder-first leader, you will merge enterprise architecture with advanced AI automation. Your mission is to eradicate fragmentation and empower every function to accelerate operations by implementing internal AI agents that minimize manual tasks and highlight actionable insights. You will spearhead the effort to refine our internal processes to match the sophistication of the external products we deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Application Strategy: Oversee the complete lifecycle of our application ecosystem, including ERP (Finance), CRM (GTM), HRIS (People), and specialized AI tools. Ensure these systems integrate into a secure, scalable backbone.
- AI Agent Deployment: Discover opportunities to replace manual workflows with AI/LLM-powered agents. Develop and manage “internal agents” that automate forecasting, revenue capture, and employee self-service.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary technology partner for the leadership team. Align system roadmaps with departmental objectives to ensure a seamless flow of data from production to back office.
- Operational Excellence: Enhance our core systems by instituting disciplined change management, clear data governance, and measurable SLAs. Stabilize environments to meet audit and regulatory demands.
- Team Leadership: Direct a high-impact team that cultivates a culture of curiosity, speed, and user-centricity.
