As the Client Success Director (CSD), you will be pivotal in ensuring that clients successfully adopt and scale our platform to meet their contractual objectives. Your primary measure of success will involve enabling clients to achieve their targeted volume of live accounts within established milestones, timelines, and budgets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term commercial value.

This senior, client-facing role necessitates extensive experience in core banking transformation programs, strong commercial insight, and the capability to coordinate delivery, support, and sales teams across complex, multi-year engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Client Outcomes & Delivery

• Lead the complete client success strategy from sales support to implementation and scaling.

• Guarantee clients meet their contractual account volumes within set milestones, timelines, and budgets.

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery outcomes across implementation, upgrades, and ongoing services within the scope of the MSA.

• Actively identify delivery, adoption, or timeline risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
