About The Role
Fora is on the lookout for a strategic and dynamic Director of Cruise Partnerships to drive and enhance our cruise partner strategy during a pivotal growth phase. This key role will be responsible for managing senior relationships with cruise line partners, outlining the management of preferred cruise partnerships across various tiers, and establishing a more strategic and consistent approach to supplier engagement, commercial planning, and partner marketing.
The ideal candidate will lead a small team focused on partnerships and marketing, instilling structure, prioritization, and accountability in our engagement with cruise partners. Collaborating closely with cruise operations, advisor support, and marketing, this role will ensure that partnerships yield tangible value for advisors, enhance adoption, and stimulate revenue growth.
This position is crucial in developing a top-tier cruise partnerships function and will significantly influence the direction of our growth strategy.
