We are on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Customer Enablement to spearhead and expand Absorb's global strategy for customer education and engagement. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of Absorb Academy, our comprehensive hub for customer learning, and drive measurable results in engagement, adoption, and long-term value realization.
This position is perfect for an experienced customer enablement leader who has successfully scaled educational programs for over 5,000 customers in a SaaS or technology environment. You possess a proven track record in building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams, demonstrating the vital role of customer enablement as a key driver of growth and retention.
As a strategic architect and influential thought leader, you will guide a multidisciplinary organization encompassing content development, live education, community engagement, events, marketing, and AI-driven self-service experiences, confidently representing Absorb's vision for customer education both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and scale Absorb Academy as the global hub for customer education, enablement, and engagement
Develop and advance a comprehensive educational ecosystem that enhances onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy
Design and implement impactful customer experiences, including live training sessions, webinars, community initiatives, and flagship events
Direct the strategy for AI-driven self-service and knowledge experiences to enhance customer independence and support efficiency
Articulate and showcase the ROI of customer enablement, linking programs to customer outcomes and organizational growth
