Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all ongoing and upcoming digital transformation and technology projects. Ensure timely project delivery within scope and aligned with the company's quality benchmarks. Implement and optimize delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships and satisfaction. Act as the primary escalation point for project challenges, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions. Engage regularly with clients to set expectations, provide updates, and collect feedback. Promote operational excellence across departments, ensuring efficient workflows and team collaboration. Cultivate a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead by example to foster harmony, motivation, and problem-solving within delivery teams. Mentor and manage delivery and operations teams, ensuring alignment with goals and KPIs. Encourage cross-functional collaboration between design, development, UX, CX, and product teams. Identify skill gaps and recommend strategic hiring or training initiatives. Support the Head of Commercial in client meetings, proposal development, and business opportunities. Contribute to the company’s revenue goals by identifying upsell opportunities.
