The right candidate thrives in an environment characterized by rigorous demands, high uncertainty, significant impact, and real-world constraints. Prepare for long hours, weekends, extensive cross-functional collaboration, and considerable travel. Ideal candidates will possess elite skills in technical analysis, simplifying complex ideas, stakeholder engagement, and sound commercial judgment.
