The Role

To further advance our vision of Enterprise AI, we seek a senior leader to cultivate and direct our team of Enterprise Architects.

This pivotal leadership position requires a unique combination of in-depth technical knowledge, effective people management skills, and a strong executive presence. You will serve as an executive sponsor, confidently engaging with customer C-level executives and guiding your team in translating strategic objectives into actionable technical plans.

Your main objective will be to lead and empower a team that assists our expanding sales organization in achieving its revenue targets. You will ensure that your team effectively removes technical barriers by establishing strong collaborations with leadership across Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, Data Operations, and Information Security teams.

Measures of Success

Your success will be evaluated based on your team's performance metrics, including new customer acquisition rates, retention, upselling, and your overall contribution to the sales team's and company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects responsible for defining the overarching architecture, data, and cloud strategies for our largest client accounts.
Executive Engagement: Act as an executive sponsor during pre-sales and post-sales phases, presenting strategic visions to C-level executives while collaborating with customer architecture and security teams.
Drive Strategic Innovation: Lead your team in designing architectures that facilitate enterprise modernization, utilize capability mapping, and explore innovative solutions leveraging emerging technologies like Agentic AI.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the leadership link between our product and engineering teams at Celonis and client teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional technical services.
Ecosystem & Readiness: Oversee assessments of the IT landscape maturity within our customer base and ensure your team effectively coaches Celonis account teams and ecosystem partners on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability.
Thought Leadership: Direct the creation of reusable project assets, customer-facing position papers, and thought leadership presentations focused on architecture and innovation at Celonis.
