Your Role:

We are in search of a Director of Experience Strategy to spearhead strategic CRM and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives for a significant enterprise client managing multiple brands across various customer segments. This unique role offers the chance to design sophisticated, data-driven customer experiences at scale while leading a talented team of strategists and nurturing the next generation of marketing leaders. In this role, you will transcend traditional campaign planning by becoming a strategic ally and thought leader, identifying opportunities that clients have yet to recognize, architecting transformative customer journeys, and driving measurable business results.

You will develop comprehensive customer experience strategies that encompass multiple brands, channels, and lifecycle stages. You will create compelling business cases for transformative initiatives and uncover opportunities that provide a competitive edge. Translating complex data landscapes into actionable insights will be essential as you establish clear KPIs, define testing agendas, and link marketing performance to business outcomes.
