Role Overview
In the role of Head of Growth Marketing, reporting directly to our CEO, you will be responsible for the demand generation strategy and the comprehensive execution of marketing initiatives at Reach Industries. You will integrate growth marketing techniques with brand development and strategic partnerships to consistently generate high-quality leads for the sales team and enhance market adoption. This includes defining ideal customer profiles (ICPs), crafting compelling messaging, executing impactful campaigns, and ensuring a steady growth pipeline.
This position is ideal for an operator who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage settings. We seek someone who can navigate between strategic planning and tactical execution, launch campaigns rapidly, and establish scalable processes for future growth. Close collaboration with the sales team and leadership will be essential to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives and lay the groundwork for a leading marketing function.
