Director of Nursing (DON) – Role Overview

The Director of Nursing will lead clinical operations in the home health sector, reporting directly to the Head of Nursing. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Denver, CO.

The DON oversees all clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and strong staff performance. This leader works closely with executive leadership to advance strategic goals, foster a culture of excellence and empathy, and support the professional development of the clinical team.
