The Director of People Operations will design the strategic framework for how we attract, nurture, retain, and scale talent. You will closely collaborate with the VP of Operations, align with the CEO’s strategic vision, and establish the systems that keep our entire organization focused on our mission, KPIs, and execution.

Key Responsibilities for the Director of People Operations ‍‍
As the Director of People Operations, you will oversee People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, Culture, and Employee Experience. You will provide structure and clarity in a high-growth environment, ensuring every employee comprehends their role, KPIs, and pathways to success.
You will advocate for an AI-first approach, integrating automation, AI tools, and intelligent workflows into all facets of the People team’s deliverables.

Your Key Responsibilities (AI-First Initiatives)
1. Develop an AI-Enhanced People Organization
Incorporate AI technologies into hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and people operations.
Utilize AI agents to optimize scheduling, candidate assessments, training assistance, and employee inquiries.
Collaborate with Revi’s AI and product teams to introduce innovative tools into People processes.
2. Lead Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations
Create a high-efficiency, organized hiring framework to support swift scaling.
Establish competency frameworks, scorecards, and structured interview methodologies.
Ensure all hires align with Revi’s mission, H. I. E. values, and performance criteria.
Work with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and maintain exceptional talent quality.
