We are seeking a Director of R&D Operations to play a pivotal role in shaping the collaboration between our Product, Engineering, and Design (PED) teams to achieve high-impact outcomes. This strategic position is essential for aligning long-term business objectives with the daily operations of R&D.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, including the CPTO, ensuring that our R&D investments, processes, and teams are synchronized, efficient, and scalable.
