Role Overview: Director of Referral Partnerships

The Director of Referral Partnerships will design and grow the patient referral network at Alpaca Health. This leader will shape strategy, manage key relationships, and build a team focused on driving consistent, high-quality patient referrals.

This role works across growth, operations, and product, managing a core driver of Alpaca Health’s business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop field teams: Oversee Regional Partnership Managers and their teams. Coach in the field, set clear goals, and promote accountability and results.
  • Recruit and structure the organization: Hire for essential roles (field representatives, RevOps, sales enablement). Define team structure and hiring plans.
  • Participate in field activities: Join representatives on visits to partners, provide coaching, and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Build scalable systems: Develop processes and pipelines that turn relationship-based sales into a repeatable, organized operation.
  • Create actionable playbooks: Develop reusable strategies for campaigns such as Autism Awareness Month, clinic outreach, and school engagement.
  • Drive performance with metrics: Track pipeline, conversion rates, and other key indicators to support team success.
