The Team
The Revenue Operations team acts as a strategic partner for all customer-facing departments at UpSlide, operating across five regions: France, the UK, Germany, the US, and Singapore. Our responsibilities encompass managing the commercial tool stack, optimizing Sales and Customer Success processes, and shaping our go-to-market strategy through insightful analytics.
In our current rapid scaling phase, supported by robust financial performance and executive backing, we aim to achieve a 30% growth trajectory.
Currently a four-member team, we focus on three key areas: Insights & Analytics, Tools & Processes, and GTM Team Enablement.
You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success Management, Sales Administration, and Product teams across all offices to maximize impact across business units.
Our guiding principle is productivity, as we strive to foster predictable and scalable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth by aligning our revenue engine comprehensively and empowering go-to-market teams to excel in their roles.
