We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to spearhead our sales and marketing initiatives for professional certifications and training courses within the Hospitality and Tourism sector. This role is pivotal in driving performance and nurturing growth, with a focus on developing marketing strategies and sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, execute, and evaluate annual business and commercial plans, ensuring alignment with sales targets through monthly reviews.
- Lead and inspire the sales team, providing management expertise to coordinate and enhance sales efforts.
- Ensure that all team members meet performance expectations and achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct sales pitches and calls, actively assisting team members in closing deals.
- Engage in meetings and conferences, crafting tailored quotes and responding to customer inquiries to boost sales.
- Support sales initiatives through presentations and diligent follow-up on leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal personnel through regular communication.
- Design and implement innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee brand development and management, including the production of branding materials and promotional content for both online and offline channels.
- Manage social media strategy and analyze web traffic to optimize marketing efforts.
- Prepare annual budget proposals for all sales, marketing, and communication activities, forecasting and allocating funds monthly as required.
- Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by management.
