Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration. Experience managing multiple perioperative departments or service lines. Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Quality & Operations: Direct the surgical services operations, staffing, and clinical practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care that aligns with evidence-based standards.

  • Ensure all operations comply with regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards.

  • Oversee patient flow, scheduling efficiency, and perioperative throughput.

  • Establish and enforce nursing practice policies and standards across surgical services.

  • Patient Experience: Spearhead initiatives to elevate patient experience and service excellence across all surgical areas, utilizing feedback and performance data for continuous improvement.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and patient-centered care.

  • People Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing perioperative leadership team and clinical staff, enhancing employee engagement through coaching, recognition, and professional development.

  • Ensure effective staffing models, skill alignment, and succession planning.

  • Growth & Strategy: Collaborate with physicians and administrative leaders to expand and enhance surgical service offerings, identifying growth opportunities for program development and operational differentiation.

  • Support strategic initiatives aimed at increasing surgical volume and enhancing market competitiveness.

  • Financial Stewardship: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring for surgical services, managing labor productivity and staffing efficiency while overseeing supply and equipment utilization to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
