In this role, you will guide and develop a dynamic team of recruiting professionals while collaborating closely with senior leadership to establish scalable hiring processes that align with our expansive growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop and implement a talent acquisition blueprint that aligns with the company’s business goals and workforce planning needs.

  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing talent acquisition team.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers on all talent-related matters.

  • Establish and monitor key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate) and deliver regular reports to leadership.

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment across all organizational levels, including executive and challenging-to-fill roles.

  • Continuously refine recruiting processes, workflows, and enhance candidate experiences.

  • Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external search firms, staffing agencies, and recruiting vendors.

  • Enhance a structured onboarding experience that ensures new hires are set up for success from day one, ensuring consistency with company culture and role-specific expectations.

  • Develop and manage a robust internship and early career program to create a pipeline for full-time talent, establishing partnerships with educational institutions to attract emerging talent.
