Role Overview
We are in search of a Senior Manager of Power Electronics Engineering to spearhead the development of essential power electronics systems for our state-of-the-art electrolyzer platforms. This role requires a blend of profound technical knowledge and robust leadership skills, directing architectural decisions, propelling hardware development, and fostering a high-achieving engineering team.
You will be instrumental in creating high-efficiency power conversion systems that facilitate scalable hydrogen production, ensuring our technology operates reliably under various conditions. Your responsibilities will encompass the design, integration, and deployment of all electrical systems that power our H2 electrolyzers, along with all ancillary equipment for a fully automated hydrogen production system. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in power conversion and industrial distribution, coupled with a comprehensive vision to integrate hardware with mechanical constraints and software/firmware controls in a hazardous environment.
The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in power electronics design, high-power systems, and comprehensive system-level architecture, adhering to compliance standards, alongside a demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and manage complex hardware programs from inception to production.
