Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with the Aconex platform. Prior experience with large-scale public projects. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

AECOM is actively looking for a Document Control Specialist to join our team in Panama City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of the Document Control System for a substantial $2 billion rail transit project.
  • Facilitate the processing of project documents within the Aconex platform.
  • Oversee document distribution, version control, retention, and archiving of all program-related documents.
  • Provide support to the Document Control Manager.
  • Contribute to the document control and quality assurance processes for various project documents, including submittals, contract amendments, correspondence, design documents, reports, meeting minutes, and other records.
  • Manage the distribution of documents and maintain comprehensive controlled distribution lists.
