In this dual role, you will be responsible for conducting UAV flight missions tailored to diverse project needs while ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
As a Drone Pilot:
- Execute UAV flight missions for various projects, ensuring safety and operational effectiveness.
- Plan flight routes, prepare equipment, and manage on-site drone operations.
- Carry out post-processing tasks including video editing, orthophoto stitching, mapping, and report preparation.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot UAV systems and equipment.
- Support internal test flights, demonstrations, and data collection activities.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company SOPs.
As a Drone Instructor:
- Design and implement comprehensive drone training programs for students across various skill levels.
- Instruct on drone components, flight controls, safety procedures, and airspace regulations.
- Provide hands-on training in drone operations, flight maneuvers, and mission execution.
- Track student progress and offer guidance to foster confidence and competence.
- Take control of UAVs in emergency situations during training.
- Maintain accurate training records and assessment reports.
- Report any training-related incidents to the Head of Department.
