Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Communications, or a related field. Post-graduate qualifications or progress towards CFA, CAIA, or similar designations is preferred.3–5+ years of experience in investment management, ideally in roles focused on due diligence, RFP writing, investment operations, or client service. Proven experience in completing institutional-quality DDQs and data templates. Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex investment concepts. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple deadlines. Strong understanding of the investment management industry, financial markets, and institutional client requirements. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across various teams.

About the job

The Due Diligence Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Investment Solutions & Oversight (ISO) team. This position is dedicated to the meticulous coordination and completion of due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for information (RFIs), and other essential client-facing documentation that bolsters our distribution and client service efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills, a solid understanding of large data sets, and a keen attention to detail. They must also be adept at collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure high-quality, precise, and timely responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the end-to-end process of completing DDQs, RFIs, and other due diligence documents, ensuring responses are tailored and accurately represent our investment capabilities.
  • Completing client governance questionnaires, detailing our business offerings and product investment data.
  • Coordinating with Investment teams, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other internal parties to source and verify information for questionnaire responses.
  • Assisting the ISO team in maintaining a centralized library of standard responses, ensuring content accuracy and relevance across all product areas.
  • Supporting the upkeep of fund literature and Financial Statements.
  • Tracking and managing due diligence project timelines to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the due diligence response process through technology and automation.
