In your role as a Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in generating new business through targeted outbound campaigns. You will foster relationships with potential customers and pinpoint sales opportunities, enabling businesses to enhance collaboration, accelerate progress, and innovate by offering tailored digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Proactively reach out to small and medium-sized businesses through outbound calls and emails.
- Develop and implement territory action plans to identify target companies and potential prospects.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers to assess their needs and qualify them as potential customers.
- Schedule meetings to forward leads to other sales teams, striving to achieve or surpass monthly targets.
- Research and expand both existing and new accounts while effectively managing objections to qualify opportunities.
Product Sales & Upselling:
- Make daily outbound calls and send emails to connect with decision-makers, understand their needs, and finalize sales.
- Communicate the advantages of our client's products and solutions, demonstrating how they address customer needs across various industries and company sizes.
- Lead outbound prospecting campaigns from initial outreach through to deal closure.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, promoting additional products or expanding their current services.
- Address minor technical issues or escalate them to the appropriate team as necessary.
