Hybrid vs. Remote Work Model:

At Miter, we believe that collaboration thrives through in-person interactions. However, we also value flexibility in the workplace. For roles designated as hybrid, we request team members to be in the office three days a week to foster connection, brainstorming, and relationship building. If you live within a reasonable commute to either our New York City or San Francisco offices, we encourage you to adopt this hybrid model.

For positions marked as remote or in locations where we do not have an office, there's no obligation to follow the hybrid model. We do arrange travel a few times a year for onboarding and company-wide or team-specific offsite events!
