Position Overview
As a pivotal member of our Sales Hunter team, you will be instrumental in driving the expansion of our client portfolio. Your primary focus will be on business development, targeting new opportunities to meet and exceed sales quotas within your designated region.
Your Approach
The ideal candidate is a proactive deal-maker who is self-motivated, empathetic, and possesses strong analytical skills. You should be an articulate presenter capable of engaging with diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders. Fluency in both German and English is essential, along with a willingness to travel within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of sales and business development: lead generation, relationship building, pipeline management, proposal crafting, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders and prospects.
- Collaborate closely with customers to assess their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can enhance their success.
- Maintain regular client contact, including on-site visits.
- Prepare commercial proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate the scope and terms of contracts in collaboration with pre-sales, delivery, financial, and legal teams.
- Keep account and contract overviews up-to-date.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and effective pipeline management.
