We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Account Executive to join our South African sales team, aiming to propel growth in our regional business with a primary focus on our SaaS offerings under the Engage business unit. This unit harnesses cutting-edge AI and omnichannel technologies to transform customer engagement for our clients.

Our Engagement Platform integrates data and technology, allowing businesses to create personalized and impactful interactions at every touchpoint of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will spearhead sales efforts and cultivate robust client relationships. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer communication.

Daily Activities Include:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Craft and implement a go-to-market strategy targeting the South African enterprise sector.

  • Establish and nurture a sustainable sales pipeline to achieve and surpass revenue objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities and explore upselling and cross-selling within your existing client base.

Client Engagement

  • Present engaging product demonstrations (both online and in-person) to convey the value of our Engagement Platform.

  • Forge strong, enduring relationships with clients by comprehensively understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Collaboration & Representation

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

  • Represent CM.com at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to broaden your reach and discover new prospects.

Sales Operations

  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage sales activities, track progress, and provide insights to management.
