About Our Role

Reporting directly to the District Director, you will leverage a consultative, insight-driven approach to onboard new restaurants into the OpenTable network.

As an Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for many restaurants, utilizing your extensive knowledge of the local dining landscape to identify business needs and convey the value of our services. Your role is crucial in guiding restaurants through technology adoption and revenue enhancement.

You will manage a specific territory, independently oversee your client portfolio, and collaborate closely with your local Restaurant Relations Manager to ensure sustained success in your market. High achievers in this role often provide valuable insights to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams, influencing our innovation and growth strategies.

We seek motivated, commercially savvy sales professionals who have a genuine passion for the restaurant industry and take pride in representing a product they believe in.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline within your territory, identifying and securing new business opportunities with both independent and enterprise-level restaurants.
  • Conduct meetings with restaurant owners and operators to understand their challenges and deliver tailored demonstrations and proposals.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor within the local dining community, fostering strong relationships and representing OpenTable with integrity.
  • Drive revenue growth for restaurants by promoting the OpenTable platform as an essential tool for front-of-house operations and guest acquisition.
  • Create territory strategies, forecasts, and business plans; consistently meet or exceed monthly performance targets.
