Your Role:

  • Utilize creative problem-solving techniques to enhance current business development strategies.

  • Negotiate project rates and timelines with both prospective and existing clients.

  • Provide education to clients about the translation process, including TransPerfect's pricing structures, turnaround justifications, and competitive insights.

  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations and quality standards.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to monitor satisfaction with service delivery and quality.

  • Stay informed of industry trends, key players, and relevant news that impact TransPerfect's market segments.

  • Undertake special projects or additional duties as necessary.
