To excel in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, with a preference for recent roles in outside sales. A proven track record of success (achieving 105% of sales goals over 2 consecutive years). Strong prospecting skills and the ability to develop a sales territory. Proficiency in CRM systems, along with excellent data entry and sales data organization skills. A sales training certificate, such as Sandler, President’s Club, or Dale Carnegie (preferred). Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales. An outgoing and dynamic personality. A can-do attitude, eager to take on challenges. Organizational skills within a defined sales process, facilitating movement from prospect to close. Exceptional communication abilities, capable of conducting presentations and one-on-one meetings. The capability to coordinate team activities and work in conjunction with operations and marketing teams. Strong communication and presentation skills. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will spearhead new business development initiatives in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting. Your role encompasses the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. Collaborating closely with account managers and fellow sales professionals, you will cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients. Achieving earnings of $50,000-$100,000+ in your first year is not just a possibility; it's a strong expectation!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and qualifying prospective clients.
  • Launching the sales process through cold calls, field visits, scheduling meetings, and making initial presentations.
  • Closing sales by building rapport, articulating our service capabilities, addressing objections, and drafting contracts.
  • Committing to a minimum of 30 hours of prospecting each week.
  • Effectively utilizing and managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system to keep track of customer data.
  • Maintaining a Hot 25 list within the CRM.
  • Promoting a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
