As a B2B Sales Executive, you will spearhead new business development initiatives in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting. Your role encompasses the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. Collaborating closely with account managers and fellow sales professionals, you will cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients. Achieving earnings of $50,000-$100,000+ in your first year is not just a possibility; it's a strong expectation!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and qualifying prospective clients.
- Launching the sales process through cold calls, field visits, scheduling meetings, and making initial presentations.
- Closing sales by building rapport, articulating our service capabilities, addressing objections, and drafting contracts.
- Committing to a minimum of 30 hours of prospecting each week.
- Effectively utilizing and managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system to keep track of customer data.
- Maintaining a Hot 25 list within the CRM.
- Promoting a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
